Kate Berardo

Kate Berardo serves as the VP of Executive Development at Meta, spearheading executive development strategies and developing senior leaders globally across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads, etc. In her time at Meta, she's launched the Meta Leadership Framework, developed some of the company's most specialized and successful programs, coached thousands of leaders, and created learning products and tools that have helped thousands more to be more effective. She is a specialist in leadership and team development, women’s leadership, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness, and global skill building.

Kate has co-authored two books, Building Cultural Competence: Innovative Frameworks & Activities and Putting Diversity to Work: How to Successfully Lead a Diverse Workforce. Her groundbreaking research has debunked the U-curve model of intercultural adjustment.

Kate founded and led Culturosity.com to build awareness of cultural differences. She was a partner with the Exetor Group, leading executive development initiatives on the West Coast for the firm.

Kate Berardo is a summa cum laude graduate of Northwestern University in the US, and holds a Masters in Intercultural Communication from the University of Bedfordshire, UK. She is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, ArgonautOnline™, Hogan Inventories, the Tilt 360 the International Profiler™, and is an ACC coach with the International Coaching Federation. Her work has been featured in media worldwide, including CNN's Business Traveler and the Dubai daily Gulf News.
